Dried (Seaweed) ~ Kombu
Kombu is a natural flavour enhancer which contains digestive enzymes to aid digestion and minimise the gas producing effect of beans.
To prepare soup stock, soak overnight (4 inch / 1L of water), boil and then simmer over medium heat for 10 mins. Remove the kombu before use.
