Peanut is a source of vitamin E, folate, protein, oleic acid and monounsaturated fats, all of which are heart health friendly.
Presoak for at least 4 hours and discard water. Add to lotus soup or braise it with a little salt to complement porridge or make kuih filling. Can also be roasted and enjoyed as a snack.
